EUIPP -European Union Institutions, Politics, and Policies is a Jean Monnet Academic Module offered by the Department of Comparative Politics, University of Bergen, with support from the Erasmus+ programme. The module is part of the bachelor programme in European Studies. The project period is 2017-2020.
The main objectives of the new JM Module are (1) to significantly strengthen teaching on EU policies, policy-making, and salient issues by institutionalising a practitioner’s applied perspective so as to bridge the gap between theory and practice, (2) to increase student engagement by utilizing new audio-visual teaching tools and technologies, and (3) to disseminate knowledge and facilitate debate on the EU in cooperation with students and the local and regional community.
